Building our retirement home on Cape Cod was a very exciting experience starting with designing our home with Mike Lallier. We had built several homes with several builders, so although it was exciting to us, we had done it before. Our previous experience made us all the more determined to get this house just right. After several months of revisions and fine tuning with Mike, we felt we had the perfect plan for Mike to build. Watching our home come into fruition was a great experience. We sometimes became impatient with him because we were so anxious for the home to be finished. He was determined to do it right the first time and that took time, and in the long run, he was right. It was the smallest punch list we have ever had on a house. If you want your house built right the first time....this is the man to do it. He is a perfectionist, and that is a great quality for a builder to have. We will never regret hiring him to build our home. It is a wonderful warm home and we can't wait until we are living in it fulltime. It is pretty much matainence free because Mike helped us pick really wonderful materials to build the house, but we did not sacrifice beauty to achieve that. We are proud to show our home to our family and friends, and those who have seen it, simply love it.
