This is a case where the house just needed a major upgrade. 

This exterior remodel will in tale taking off the old roof shingles and re-roof with GAF architectural Shingles. Add new Anderson front windows, new trim around the front door and around the front windows. New fascia and aluminum gutters with down spouts. Take off the front old wood shingles and re-sidewall with Hardi Plank fiber cement clapboards. 

Replace the side landing with a covered porch using round columns. 

Paint all the new trim and clapboard siding.
